For the second year in a row, Washington DC has been voted amongt the top 150 places to live in the USA.
According to the annual publication by US News and World Report, DC has emerged the 19th place overall, well ahead of its peers in the region such as Baltimore(#84), Virginia Beach(#106) and Richmond(#57).
