Irregardless, a new wine -tasting bistro inspired by the great wines of Virginia has come to 502 H street NE.
According to to the leading Chef, Ben Browning, the bistro draws inspiration from the bounty of the Mid-Atlantic region and his childhood in Paris, presenting simple and thoughtfully composed dishes in omnivore and vegetarian tasting menu options.
We believe that Virginia has some gems that are underrepresented in DC and are on par with other prestigious wine regions of the world. While we showcase fantastic options from more well-known wine regions, we have a dual focus on sharing our favorite local(ish) options with you as well. – Chef Ben Browning
