The Smithsonian National Zoo has announced that the 2022 ZooLights will begin on November 25th until December 30th.
This year’s Zoolights, powered by Pepco, will be free and ticketed. The events lineup includes live music performances, tasty winter treats and plenty of opportunities for holiday shopping. In line with its mission to conserve the environment, the Zoo has announced that it will utilize environmentally friendly LED lights and dozens of glowing animal lanterns transform the Zoo into a winter wonderland.
Admission to ZooLights is free, but a special entry pass separate from a daily Zoo pass will be required for all attendees, including Zoo Members. There is a flat-rate parking fee of $30. Daytime parking tickets are not valid for ZooLights parking. – The Smithsonian National Zoo
