Marriot Hotels has announced that it will be opening a new AC Hotel in Navy Yard in February 2022.
According to Marriot, the new location will be at 867 New Jersey Ave., and will have 225 rooms, with a spectacular 350-capacity rooftop bar with a full view of the capitol.
The new location brings the total Marriot AC locations in DC area to three, with the two other locations on Walter E. Washington Convention Center and on 19th and L NW.
