The Washington Redskins this afternoon officially introduced their new head coach, Ron Rivera at a media-packed press conference.
According to Redskins owner Dan Snyder, the new coach will be focusing on building a winning team based on a combination of both coach-centered approach and player-centered approach. Ron Rivera comes to Redskins from the Panthers where he holds three division titles, with four postseason appearances.
My responsibility is to get the most out of the players, to work with them, teach them, and mentor them. If I have to do it one by one, I will most certainly do it. I’ve done it in the past, and I’ll do it again.
