The DC United today beat LA Galaxy 2-1 in thrilling and entertaining MLS match at DC Audi Felds to move up to 3rd place in the East Conference.
An initial score from Paul Arriola and a final strike from Lucas Rodriquez enabled DC United to run out comfortably in the second half. Flavio Alvarez slipped an 18-yard shot past Hamid to get LA Galaxy their single goal of the match.
DC United continues their conference campaign on Saturday, August 17 at Vancouver Whitecaps.
