Washington Commanders owner, Dan Snyder has reached an amicable agreement to sell the team to a new owner led by Josh Harris.
According to sources close to the deal, Mr. Snyder is expected to receive $6 Billion, in what is arguably the largest deal in NFL history.
The new owner group comprises basketball great, Magic Johnson, Mitchell Rales and Josh Harris. Mr. Harris is no stranger to professional sport ownership as he already owns the Jersey Devils, Philadelphia 76ers and also has a share in Pittsburgh Steelers. The sale is not official yet, and would need 24 votes from NFL owners to be approved.
