Description:

The DC Beer Festival returns to Nationals Park, bringing together dozens of craft breweries that will feature fall seasonal beers, plus food trucks, lawn games, DJs, and more throughout the park.  Admission is $45 and includes unlimited tastings, with food sold separately from a number of food trucks.

2. Anacostia River Festival

Date  and Time: Saturday, April 20, 2019, 1:00pm – 5:00 PM

Location: Anacostia Park – Anacostia Drive & Good Hope Road, SE

Description:

The event jointly sponsored by the 11th Street Bridge Park and National Park Service.

Activities  lined up for the FREE event  include, canoeing in the River, riding in the bike parade, playing lawn games with family, and an experience of  the rich Southeast DC’s local arts scene.

3.Columbia Heights Farmers Market:

Date and Time: Saturday, April 20, 2019, 9:00am – 1:00 PM

Location: 14th & Park Road NW

Description:

The Columbia Heights farmers market plays host to approximately 20 farmers and food producers each Saturday and operates a strong portfolio of food access programs that make healthy food accessible for all. The market also operates on Wednesday evenings from May through October, offering a weekly subscription Market Share program.
