South Florida-based steak and seafood eatery, Grill is coming to the Wharf.
According to renowned Chef Roberto Santibañez, who is also the Culinary Director, the new restaurant will be located at 99 Market Square SW. The 210-seat eatery offers an outdoor enclosable conditioned patio facing the Washington Channel. An open display kitchen showcases a wood-fired Josper Basque Grill and sets the stage for what lies ahead.
The menu will include steak, seafood, and vegetable options, with a wide array of martinis.
You can come and have the black bass and a side salad and it’s a super light and beautiful, fresh meal or you can go bone-in tomahawk and mac and cheese.
