The 50 Nominees for Bon Appétit’s Best New Restaurants 2022 have been announced, and DC only features one restaurant, Daru.
The restaurant located on 1451 Maryland Ave. NE. is best known for its specialty indian cuisine. According to the management, Daru is a Chic hub with a patio & a neighborhood vibe dishing up creative Indian curry dishes, plus cocktails.
Also on the list is Rockville, MD based Z&Z Manoushe Bakery.
