Renowned Chef , Ruben Garcia is bringing a new Spanish food concept downtown this fall.
According to Chef Garcia, who previously owned Minibar restaurant, the new restaurant which will also have a tapas bar will be located next to the upcoming food hall, The Square. The menu will include popular dishes such as whole fish, meats and veggies.
This fall, Chefs Rubén García and Richie Brandenburg will bring a lifetime of experience in the world’s most loved kitchens to DC’s newest culinary landmark, The Square which will be housed at the K street’s International building located on 19th St and I street NW.
