DC residents commemorated the 10th anniversary of Chuck Brown’s birthday this past weekend at the Chuck Brown Memorial Park on 2901 20th St. N.E
The event aimed to celebrate the life and elegacy of the legendary Godfather of Go-Go, Chuck Bown who took the spirit and culture of DC across the world.
Participants were treated to spectacular and exhilirating perfomances by Rare Essence, Doug E. Fresh, the surviving members of the Chuck Brown Band,UCB and DJ Kool.
