Washington, DC – The District’s reported data for January 24, 2022 includes 189 new confirmed positive coronavirus (COVID-19) cases, bringing the District’s overall confirmed positive case total to 128,739. The District also reports 54 new probable tests, bringing the overall positive probable tests since October 15, 2021 to 8,762.
The District reported that three additional residents lost their lives due to COVID-19.

Tragically, 1,278 District residents have lost their lives due to COVID-19.
