Howard University just got a much needed boost for its Golf Program. NBA superstar Stephen Curry on Monday announced that he will sponsor Howard University men’s and women’s golf programs for the next six years.
What began as a casual conversation earlier this year with a Howard University student, Otis Ferguson has morphed into some bigger that will have profound impact on the future of Golf not only within people of color, but also among HBCUs. According to Howard University athletic director, this is one of the most generous gifts in the school’s history.
