Farragut Fridays’ daylong summer experience in Farragut Square, begins this Friday May 31st from 9am-5pm.
This year’s events organized by Golden Triangle Business Improvement District in collaboration with the Wolftrap, will comprise of the following activity groups:
Outdoor Office | 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Presented by Comcast Business)
Make the beautiful surroundings of Farragut Square your outdoor co-working space! Outdoor Office presented by Comcast Business features free Wi-Fi, charging stations, comfortable space, and shade. Additional amenities such as cold brew coffee samples, and fun office swag are provided by MakeOffices.
Pop Ups at Picnic in the Park | Noon – 2 p.m.
Picnic in the Park features more seating, lawn games such as giant Jenga, cornhole and table tennis, and fun and unique pop-up events. Pop-up activities planned for today:
- Enjoy music by Teddy Chipouras and learn about the summer concerts from Wolf Trap
- Create fun designs using alcohol inks and yupo paper with Plaza Artist Materials
- Learn more about Library on the Go-Go and sign up for a DC Public Library card
